But they stood behind their product and even went out of their way to make sure that I was back on the road by the end of the day. The prices were great and they were so caring. Around 2pm I looked up from my computer and found Bob's son standing there with a replacement tire for me! He said they were closing early because of the current noreaster we were in the middle of and they didn't want to leave me stranded so he brought it over to me. Well, dealer life can be a bit unpredictable and I didn't end up making it over there. I thought great! I'll go on my lunch break. Without question he said, "come on down and we'll swap it out for another one". So I called Bob the next day and told him about the tire. It was questionable on whether it would hold air. While installing them, I noticed a small tear on the inside edge of one of the tires. (I work for a dealership so instead of waiting, I had them installed at work). So on my lunch break I went down there to pick up my tires.
